We used Jennifer Hultquist to get our home SOLD in Greer Ranch in Murrieta and could have never known what a GREAT decision that turned out to be. We called her to interview her because we had seen her mailers for other homes she had sold in the neighborhood and she seemed to have a very intimate knowledge of Greer Ranch and all of it's unique qualities and selling points as one of the nicest and safest neighborhoods in the area. Before listing she met with us, answered all of our questions, gave us advice and suggestions on getting our home ready for listing so that it would present as beautiful as possible to potential buyers and it was very clear that she was the right person for the job by the end of that "interview". We spent a couple of weeks getting the house ready and then she got it listed for us as soon as we were ready. Her photographer came in and did an amazing job on the virtual tour and the pictures and she did a fantastic job on writing up the listing with all of the selling points of the home. Having just shopped for a home to replace this one, I can say that our listing was FAR better than any of the listings I viewed and reaffirmed what a great choice we made with hiring Jenn to sell our home. The flyers she created were GORGEOUS and the online ad was superb. Anytime we had a question throughout the process, her responses were quick and thorough and she was very accessible. As corny as it sounds, I wish we had met Jenn before moving out of state as we likely would have been friends beyond just the professional relationship of her selling our home had we met her sooner. I honestly can't say enough nice things about her and how great of a job she did in getting our home sold just 20 days after listing. And at the price point we were at and with interest rates where they are, I feel that was an incredible accomplishment. We listed just thinking if we could get our price, we would sell. If we didn't, we would stay put. We never imagined it would come together so quickly. I would hire Jenn again in a heartbeat and know that you'd be making the right choice by hiring her as well. The level of professionalism and service was top notch! Thank you Jennifer Hultquist!!

3 wrong agents led us to the wonderful "The Tall Gal" Jennifer Hultquist. We knew it and felt it from the moment she welcomed my family and I into her lovely office. Jennifer was not only professional and knowledgeable but she really listened to us when we told her about what it was that we were looking for in our next home. During some of the toughest years with the housing market that included Covid restrictions, Jennifer kept us informed about new homes that hit the market and was always quick to get us appointments/viewings. From the beginning of 2021 to the end of 2021, Jennifer never gave up with us, she remained honest, professional and worked extremely hard to help us find our home. When we needed a break, she respected our wishes. There are so many things to love about Jennifer. She always remained calm, collected and had a wonderful smile on her face along with a positive attitude. One of the many things I absolutely love about her is that she's very thoughtful, detail oriented, giving and always includes every member of the family. The day we moved into our Temecula home, Jennifer had left a lovely Welcome Home gift for our family on top of our fireplace. The gift included a personalized cutting board along with a wooden personalized ornament in the shape of a key, it was the perfect gift seeing that it was our first Christmas in our new home 🏠. WE HAVE SOLD MANY HOMES OVER THE YEARS, HOWEVER NEVER HAVE WE HAD A REALTOR EVEN COME CLOSE TO JENNIFER HULTQUIST. SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND ANYTHING THAT WE EXPECTED. SHE NOT ONLY MARKETED OUR GREER RANCH, MURRIETA HOME CONSTANTLY INCLUDING OPEN HOUSES, BUT IN FACT SHE SOLD OUR HOME AT ONE OF HER OPEN HOUSES. SHE THEN SOLD OUR BUYERS HOME AS WELL. WHEN THERE WERE COMPLICATIONS SHE WORKED DILIGENTLY TO OVERCOME THEM.
