It was our first time purchasing land, and she was very helpful! She listened to what we were wanting, and went out of her way to help us realize our dream of being land owners. She reached out to many departments of local government to make sure we were satisfied with our offer, and answered all of our questions. I would refer her to any buyer!

We did a land purchase with jennifer. It was my first time on a just land purchase. Jennifer recommend this property for us on a whim, because it was listed over our budget, but based on her research of everything around us, she knew we would be able to get the price with budget. When I say this was a land purchase, it was definitely not that straightforward. There were individual parcels, taxes that werent paid, an existing structure on the land that was very skeptical, but she helped us with components of those items in a very thorough manner. We completed the sale a few weeks ago and have been happy ever since. Would recommend jennifer for any sale and will continue to use her on our current home sale, as well as, any miscellaneous items we would need help with
