As a first time buyer I came into this with zero knowledge. Jennifer was an absolute god send. She explained EVERYTHING to me. And definitely multiple times as it can be a quite tedious, stressful and confusing process. To top it off we were out of state buyers (NY) and had to adjust because my spouse was deployed which I’m sure made it all bit more challenging for everyone. None the less she pulled through immensely well for us. And we are endlessly grateful for her hard work, dedication and strive to get us into our first home. My girlfriend and I were first time home buyers and had no idea what we were doing when it came to buying a home. A friend referred us to Jennifer and she made a world of difference and actually made the entire process not seem overwhelming in the slightest. Jennifer Munoz is an amazing agent! This is our second transaction with Jennifer. She worked on selling our home on her anniversary weekend. She coordinated 2 open houses and fielded calls from agents working with her on the open house and buyers agents all weekend. Jennifer was always available for any questions we had. Our house was on the market 3 days and we came away with several offers at the end of the day on Sunday. We were under contract in 3 days! She is knowledgeable of the area and the current market. She advised us on price point and gave us strategies to optimize our selling potential and gave opinions on the offers we received in which she felt were solid. We are very happy and so grateful for how easy she made this for us!
