It wasn’t long in Jennifer’s career before she realized her non-negotiable traits of faith, trust and patience would set her apart from her colleagues serving in real estate. For Jennifer, there’s nothing more important than understanding and learning a client’s story.
Their story impacts where they live, what they love about an area, and certainly what home they buy. Without that, it’s hard to create those meaningful connections that help you serve to your fullest ability – and so with that, she aims to create a welcoming atmosphere and understand who people are to serve them well.
She tunes into more than just what they’re looking for in a home. She tunes into who they are.
Jennifer’s own story is what landed her in real estate. Some of her earliest memories growing up include being around the housing industry. Her dad, and now business partner, owned Petrocelli Construction; she remembers vividly going along with him to watch the home building process and was fascinated from the start.
Later on, as her dad expanded his interests into real estate, it was his encouragement that led her to discovering this career for herself.
Now, she and her dad work as a team to serve their clients through Petrocelli Homes Realty Group. She prides herself on her no-pressure approach to real estate, meaning she’s here to help her clients find a home on their own timeline as their guide through the process. She’ll be with them as long as it takes to find a place they love and is truly right for them.
To this day, she considers both California and Idaho home, and enjoys helping others make their way in these beautiful areas, too. She loves exploring the Redwoods on a good hike, gardening, and cooking alongside her Goldendoodle sous chef, Riley.
As her and her dad continue to work together to expand their business, she knows the foundation of their service will remain the same: a spirit of encouragement paired with an earnest drive to understand their client’s needs and deepest wishes for their home.
Because to Jennifer, there’s no better endeavor.
