Jennifer loves what she does! She was recently awarded the honor of being in the TOP 7% of ALL Coldwell Banker agents WORLD-WIDE!!! It is so rewarding to her to find her client the home of their dreams. She uses her background in interior design to assist her clients in making their new home more beautiful. It also comes in handy when she lists your home. She can stage your home with accessories or simply rearrange the items in your home to make it visually appealing without spending a lot of money. Studies have shown that staging is one of the most effective tools to obtain a quick sale and at a higher dollar amount. She is a full-service Realtor, and she is happy to help you no matter what your budget is, and no matter where you are looking. It is her job to get you the most property about your choice at the lowest possible price, never losing sight of what is in your best interest. She realizes that looking for a home is exciting and stressful, so she will make it her mission to make it as enjoyable as possible to get you exactly what you want! On the personal side, she is originally from Northern New Jersey. She graduated from Villanova University in 1989. She lived and worked in Barcelona, Budapest, and New York City before moving to Colorado in 1995. She has two sons, Tyler, and Ryan, who both attended Regis Jesuit High School. Tyler is currently at Elon University in North Carolina and Ryan is a future Buff at the University of Colorado in Boulder. She lives in Murphy Creek, a beautiful golf community on the east side of town. In her free time, she is a pickleball addict and also enjoys golf, yoga, paddle boarding and watching the Broncos, Rockies and Avalanche win.
