In 2019, Jennifer decided to merge her business with Kelly and Paul Cole (The Cole Team), two friends and fellow brokers whom she deeply admires and respect, along with their team of skilled associates. In addition to Jenifer's fervor for all things real estate, she is the proud mother of two wonderful humans and is delighted to say they have successfully navigated the NYC public school system, no small feat! She has served on the PTA and Fundraising committees for several schools raising money for the various arts, sports, extracurricular and in-classroom needs, served on her cooperative’s Board of Directors, and is enthusiastic about giving back to her community.
Jenifer other great passion is for the entertainment industry, where she is active both as an Actor and Producer for theatre, film, and TV. She is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the College of William and Mary in Virginia, has a certificate in real estate from the Steven L. Newman Real Estate Institute at Baruch College, and is a proud member of the real estate board of New York. However, her professional education remains on-going, as she is continually investing time, money and thought into marketing, the latest sales strategies, and negotiation skills.
