About Jennifer

Originally from Michigan, she moved to Southwest Florida in 2004. After working several years at universities, she fulfilled a lifelong desire to become a real estate agent in 2014. With hard work, she enjoyed quick success and gained valuable experience. Still, it became apparent that to grow further; she needed to have more control of her business and to align herself with an organization more consistent with her values. Joining CornerStone Coastal Properties in 2020 has proven to be an excellent decision. CCP is a brokerage with leadership that insists on the highest ethical standards and has a reputation that is second to none.

In 2021, she started The Paulke Group to create a supportive, synergistic team. As full-time real estate professionals, there are occasionally times when multiple commitments require attention at the same time. By joining forces, they can assist each other so their client's needs are always met. They also share knowledge and ideas that help them be proactive and solution-focused.

To best serve her clients, she earned her broker's license in 2022. As a broker associate, she has the highest level of training and licensure, but has chosen to work under another broker's leadership.
