I’ve worked with Jenn a few times. She assisted me with a rental home when I moved from Ohio to Colorado. Ensuring that my 3year old son and I had a home that was safe, affordable and welcoming for our transition. I also reached out to her when it was time to sell my investment property. What stood out to me was her honesty and knowledge about the industry. She walked me through every step and explained in detail why things should be the way they are. She never assumed that I knew terminology or procedures taking the time that I needed to understand. I recommend Jenn for all of your real estate needs. She’s honest and someone who will fight for you. In this economy, we need more people like her. Someone who is not in the industry just to make a quick buck, but actually cares about making the right choices and has the knowledge and experience to back it up!

Above and beyond. Jennifer went above and beyond to prepare our house for sale. She moved and organized new furniture for staging. They were at house mowing and cleaning almost daily. She set up an open house and had a party for the people coming to see the house. She did an amazing job!! When you need someone to sell your house she's your girl!
