I can't say enough great things about Jennifer. Our transaction was incredibly complex—it was a short sale that took nearly 10 months to complete. On top of that, the property had solar panels that added another layer of difficulty, and ongoing construction in the area made it challenging to sell at the right price.
Despite every obstacle, Jennifer never gave up. We had two buyers back out, and the transaction fell through more than once, but she remained positive, professional, and determined throughout the entire process. She stayed in constant communication, kept us informed every step of the way, and continued working tirelessly until she found the right buyer.

Since we were out of state, Jennifer also made the closing process incredibly easy and stress-free. Her professionalism, perseverance, and dedication truly set her apart. Working with Jenn for a second time was absolutely awesome!! Selling my house was a crazy experience for me and she did her best to calm me and not get too stressed out. She broke the record for the highest sale in my neighborhood in many years. Now I am on my new journey, and she helped me find my forever home. We looked at a lot of homes before finally settling on the first one she showed me. I kept saying "if it's meant for me to have that townhome, it will happen" and she helped me stay positive, and now I have my forever home. I’ve worked with Jenn a few times. She assisted me with a rental home when I moved from Ohio to Colorado. Ensuring that my 3year old son and I had a home that was safe, affordable and welcoming for our transition. I also reached out to her when it was time to sell my investment property. What stood out to me was her honesty and knowledge about the industry. She walked me through every step and explained in detail why things should be the way they are. She never assumed that I knew terminology or procedures taking the time that I needed to understand. I recommend Jenn for all of your real estate needs. She’s honest and someone who will fight for you. In this economy, we need more people like her. Above and beyond. Jennifer went above and beyond to prepare our house for sale. She moved and organized new furniture for staging. They were at house mowing and cleaning almost daily. She set up an open house and had a party for the people coming to see the house. She did an amazing job!! When you need someone to sell your house she's your girl!
