Jenn, my realtor for 2 years, was so helpful in finding my dream house. She was always patient and provided listings as soon as they were available. She also understood me and what I wanted so we didn't waist a lot of time at places I was not interested in. She also knew a great deal about care a home owner must provide. If she was unsure of something, she would admit that immediately and research for the answer until she found it. I highly recommend her!

Jennifer was amazing to work with. I could not have had a better experience. We laughed, we cried (happy tears), and we bought a house! I couldn’t have felt more comfortable asking all the questions that feel redundant. I never felt a bother with the many many calls that I made to ask the same questions over and over. She is quick to meet at the same location many times if that’s what it takes. Jennifer is everything you could ask for and more! I didn’t just have a realtor fighting for the perfect house with me, I had a friend and that’s not easy to find out there anymore. Jennifer is a realtor you recommend your closest family and friends because of how great you know it will go. I am not quick to do reviews but this on deserved a shout out.

Jenn was/is professional, patient, and an amazing advocate for me going through the process of finding a rental unit. I could not have navigated the process without her expertise, and she handled last minute changes gracefully and diligently. My partner and I were looking for a rental unit and signed a lease in December, and within the same week found out that we could no longer move forward with the unit due to residency requirements with my job. Due to the timing, the unit owner was not going to return our security deposit even though we had not moved in yet. Jenn was able to advocate on our behalf to ensure we received our deposit, and without her, we would have been screwed! For anyone looking for a relator that looks out for you and someone you can trust, Jenn Rappaport is absolutely your woman!

I had no luck looking for a rental as my lease was not getting renewed. I tried for about 6 weeks on my own with no/bad results. A friend referred me to Jennifer and within 2 weeks, I had a place!
