Jennifer Rumbaoa

Jennifer is a Hoosier, born and raised. She grew up in a small town in northern Indiana and she now resides in the small community of Zionsville with her husband and three children. Her husband recently retired with 21 years of military service, but Jennifer still actively volunteers for the Family Readiness Group with the Indiana National Guard every month. Between growing up a Hoosier and her commitment to our military families, it has reinforced Jennifer’s drive and dedication to family and community. It is this drive and dedication that she uses with every transaction.
Jennifer graduated from Indiana University, Bloomington, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design & Marketing before settling down in central Indiana. She followed her lifelong passion for real estate and became an agent in 2016 and is so proud to be on the Century 21 Scheetz team. She is highly motivated to continually learn, grow and develop as an agent in this ever-changing market, so that she can better serve her clientele. Jennifer has used her positive attitude, caring nature and enthusiasm to bring a strategic yet personable approach to the buying or selling needs of her clients.
With her extensive military client base, Jennifer has gained extensive knowledge of the different towns and surrounding communities throughout central Indiana. She stays on top of the local and national markets, then brings her passion and attention to detail to help buyers in a focused search for their new home, as well as, help sellers get the most value for their home. It is a true privilege for her to assist her clients through one of the biggest decisions of their lives. She strives to put her clients at ease with the buying or selling process, and hopefully, have a little fun as they go.
In addition to real estate, Jennifer is passionate about health and fitness. Whether it is running a marathon or lifting weights, her and her husband always make time in their busy schedules to stay active together. Her three children are active as well. Her oldest son is a senior at Purdue University. Her daughter is in 8th grade and active with multiple clubs and Lacrosse. Her youngest son is in the 3rd grade and is busy with both tackle football and Lacrosse. Her husband also started a new chapter after his retirement, he has decided to follow his passion and has started nursing school.
