Words cannot explain how grateful I am to have had Jennifer and Natalie by my side. I spent months interviewing realtors and as soon as I met these two, I immediately felt safe, heard, and that I could trust them. As a young woman selling her first home, I was really overwhelmed. I am a Realtor in the Eat Bay are of Northern California across the bay bridge. There is a lot of synergy as people move to Arizona from Californa. In the past few years, I have been lucky enough to get to know Jennifer through networking events at Sotheby's. She is always so intentional in her marketing messages, and when she gains a new client, they are a client for life. This includes sending yearly real estate reviews to those in her area. By this point in my life, I've worked with several real estate agents and bought/sold a few places. Jennifer is by far an incredible agent. She is always responsive, she has an impressive knowledge of Phoenix real estate and pricing, and she helped us smoothly navigate some very unexpected situations. Six years ago, Jennifer Schumacher was assigned to be our realtor as a part of my husband's relocation package for his new job. We couldn't have been more blessed! Not only did Jennifer worked tirelessly to find us a wonderful home, but we got an amazing friend out of the process. Jennifer brought knowledge and calm sense confidence to the home buying process, which is typically fraught with chaos. She is a wealth of information about everything from the best dry cleaners and home improvement contractors to restaurants and fun places to visit in the Phoenix area.
