Jennifer worked with us in a very tight schedule during a crazy housing market to find the right townhome. She did a great job even went the extra mile to take care of our closing as we were sick.
She also helped our son find a home a year ago. She stuck with him over 18 months of looking to find just the right place. Way to go!

If you need to buy or sell in the Denver metro area, look no further than Jennifer. She was extremely helpful, and responsive with all my communication. She went above and beyond to help us sell our home in Arvada. She brought in staging items to help show it, she gave us direction as to what to do to help make areas look and show very nicely. She handled all the showing schedules and kept us up to date with all the offers we had come in. She broke down each of them as well to see which was truly the best offer, not just the highest to help with our situation getting moved across the country. Jennifer was there at every point through the entire process. 5 Stars just doesn't seem like enough here.

Jenn is awesome to work with! I don't have a car and she was more than willing to give me a ride from property to property and even a ride home most of the time! Super helpful and really fast at responding! Looking forwards to working with Jenn again in the future!

I have known Jennifer for almost 2 yrs due to at that time we were gonna try to apply for a house but we end up waiting but now we are finally going forward.Jennifer u are a awesome realtor but most of a awesome friend anyone would love to have and during this process I have been the lucky one to have known u me and my husband. I also like that ur honest and That i cAn make u laugh time to time especially when some days can be hard .U also strive hard to help others accomplish what needs to be done But hey i can write a book on our experiences but we’ll live it as one page lol thank u so much for ur work n pacience with me lol hopefully we can get this all done soon and close on our home . I know a lot of people love their realtors but I have to say I chose the best out there! Jennifer puts on her game face and goes to war for you! She was always on our level of knowing what we wanted/needed when finding the perfect place and when negotiations came up! I was so new to this whole process and she makes everything smooth and easy going, always there to answer questions and never made me feel dumb even when I thought I asked a stupid question. Jenn will go the distance for you, so glad to have been able to work with her!
