Our first home buying experience was scary, especially doing it fully remote during a pandemic. We absolutely would not have been able to pull it off without the Daly’s. They helped the whole way through, put our mind at ease (multiple times) and helped us get a house we love at a great price and now it’s a home! Working with them was a breeze and made this unique and weird experience of buying a home much much simpler. Thanks!

If you ever tried to sell and buy a home at the same time you know how hard it is in this market. A seller will not take you seriously if you try to make your purchase conditional on the sale of the current home. Jeremiah and Rachel helped me to sell my condo, find a new home and buy it - all in record times, and on a perfect schedule so that I used the proceeds from the sale for a down payment without the purchase being conditional on the sale, and so that I only move once (yes, I moved only once by overstaying at my old place by only 2 days!). I also had to move in to the new place before I had to leave on a trip I could not postpone. I did not think all of it was possible.But it happened thanks to their knowledge, professionalism, flexibility and responsiveness. And most importantly, they are a pleasure to work with - they are genuine and easy going. I don't know how they manage to remain calm and focused, and convey that calm to their customers in this crazy market.

We worked with Jeremiah and Rachel Daly when we were making a huge move from Florida to Colorado. They went above and beyond to help us find the perfect house, in a great neighborhood, with excellent schools, that would be just right for our family. Everything was done long distance, and Jeremiah and Rachel could be trusted with every aspect of buying a home. They did a virtual tour for us, negotiated on our behalves, and helped us find a mortgage company that could do a long distance transaction. Nothing about our situation was normal, but everything went so smoothly! I highly recommend Jeremiah and Rachel Daly to handle the most simple to the most complicated real estate transactions. They are kind, honest, and a pleasure to work with!
