The experience he gained at each organization he worked for, bred in him the drive for excellence and the vision of one day creating his own company that fostered the very values that he found to be lacking in all other companies.

The dream became a reality when Jeremiah started Ryan Levi Realty. He envisioned Ryan Levi Realty having a culture rooted in generosity, strength, and caring deeply for others while valuing personal connections and a feeling of family. He created Ryan Levi Realty and named it in remembrance of his older brother, Ryan Levi Gurnick, who passed away. Jeremiah has been a Real Estate professional for over ten years. He has negotiated short sales that were a first for the industry and knows the ins and outs of shaping a property or listing to increase the value of a home. Jeremiah has a degree in Marketing and licenses in both Insurance and Securities. If that isn’t enough, he is quite the handyman. Jeremiah openly shares this knowledge with his clients and is always willing to lend a hand on home projects; a valuable commodity you will get with no other agent. Jeremiah is driven by his sense of curiosity and a hunger for learning and continually strives to overcome any limitations in life.
