**UPDATE 2023**
Life handed us a poop sandwich so we had to sell our property without ever moving in so we went back to Jeremy and he not only prepared the house to show, he found a buyer within a week. We did nothing but put our trust in Jeremy and it paid off. Use him!

I was looking to buy property in New York though I live in another state. My husband and I searched all the various real estate websites, Zillow, redfin etc...But we had no idea where in Syracuse we wanted to live. I went to the Syracusehistory page on Instagram because lots of people share great ideas there and I was going to ask the question "who is the best realtor?" But they'd just posted that question and lots of people named Jeremy Allen. I clicked on his Instaprofile and the very house my husband had great interest in was Jeremy's listing. I sent him a private message about that listing and we agreed to chat the next day. Jeremy is a fantastic realtor, this was going to be the 15th house I was buying so I'm not a novice. He not only offered to Facetime us through different showings, but he was available anytime day or night, seven days a week. Jeremy talked to us about neighborhoods, where to look, where to avoid. We are moving from a small town with one school district, Jeremy shared the nuances of property taxes in different school districts which we would have never thought of. Jeremy enlisted the best team to help us get financing and we did it via an app on our phone! Jeremy is inquisitive about houses-"whoa look at that door knocker" , knowledgeable about home issues "the boiler is not hooked up properly" and a great guy overall. He swears a little but he's the perfect realtor for people who want a no bs, get the job done, negotiate brilliantly realtor (he used a technique no one in my milieu had ever used-or even heard of- to ensure we got the house we wanted). The technique? You'll have to use him to find out! Jeremy Allen is the best of the best and because of that his circle of colleagues, from home inspector to loan officer are the best of the best too. You can use them all and they make it seemless! Hire Jeremy, you can thank me after you move into your dream home.

My family and I purchased and sold a house with Jeremy as our agent. He made the experience as smooth as possible (and we did this in 2020). He was very helpful and professional. I was pregnant with my fourth child and we needed an upgrade. Covid hit and then we were in a mad dash to get things done quickly. All of that was possible with Jeremy. We had help every step of the way with both buying and selling. It was an extremely stressful time in general, but we did it seamlessly. If you want it done right the first time, I’d go with Jeremy.

Jeremy is top notch. He somehow managed to navigate through some really odd circumstances and get us into a house that we absolutely love. We started our search in the middle of the pandemic, so while that made things understandably difficult, Jeremy helped us make sure that we went about the process in the safest and most practical ways. It was also an insane period of time for house buying. There was so much demand that it was barely possible to ever even see a house before an offer was submitted and accepted. We managed to find one, evaluate it, and go through a reasonable negotiation for it. It couldn't have happened without Jeremy involved. He knows what he's doing, and he knows what needs to be done.

Jeremy was incredibly helpful to me in my real estate transaction. I was in a difficult situation when my Father passed away and I lived in a different state. The house was not kept up very well and had a reverse mortgage on it. I did not have the means or the time to fix it up to be sold nor the means to pay off the reverse mortgage and figure it all out later. Jeremy went to look at the house and through his vast network was able to find an investor who was interested in purchasing the house and fixing up to then turn around and sell. On top of that he was able to talk the investor into purchasing as is, meaning I did not have to get all the furniture and household items out. Take what was good and leave the rest. This saved me having to take time off from work to travel and rent a dumpster to clean everything out. He was the right person at the right time to help me out, and had the perfect solution for my difficult situation!!

Jeremy is authentic. In the field of real estate, it is rare to find an agent that both genuinely cares about their clients' interests and has a level of expertise to advise well. (It's often either/or). Because Jeremy knows the area, knows houses, knows markets and has key contacts (lenders, people to do inspections, etc.), he can offer insight that make a *significant* difference (emotionally and financially). Jeremy was/is the best realtor we've ever had the pleasure of working with. We got really lucky and chanced upon him through one of the online real estate platforms when I saw a house that I was interested in. I had recently decided I wanted to be a real estate investor and had been searching for my first deal. I knew that I ONLY wanted to purchase a home if it fit within my exact criteria. Sadly, that house was already unavailable, but I decided to call Jeremy back for a quick chat. I let him know where I was at in my real estate journey, what I was trying to do and the criteria I wanted to meet.
At first, I was worried we wouldn’t be able to meet ALL the bullet points I had in mind. Thankfully, Jeremy was EXACTLY the realtor I needed. He was patient, attentive and thoughtful in how we could accomplish the goals I set out for myself. He answered all my calls, presented homes that fit my criteria and stayed truthful throughout the whole process. Jeremy was unexpectedly assigned to us by Zillow as we began searching for homes after monitoring the market for a year. He had excellent communication throughout the process, and was able to provide many recommendations for other parts of the process, including lender, legal representation, as well as multiple professionals for home remodels. He was able to set up multiple showings and we placed two offers. We were outbid for the first one, but the final sale price was more than I would have been comfortable in having paid for that home. His insights into the strategy portion of offers proved to be accurate, timely, and insightful. Start of showings to final close was approximately 2 months. During that time we viewed 6 homes, so we had no wasted time on homes that weren't likely to be good for us.
