Jeremy’s experience and professionalism helped lead me through a difficult task of selling real estate for a family member’s estate. What can I say but this is the guy you want to work with. Helped us sell our house on the first weekend we listed over asking and helped negotiate our new construction house. Was at every walk through, kept builder honest and acted as the go between so my wife and I didn't have to deal with issues as they came up. When listing our old house he prepped us to get the most money and worked side by side throughout the prep. Over and above what a 5 star rating represents.

I was moving to Austin from Houston, but only had a day or two to find my new home. I first connected with Jeremy via the internet (I saw a house that interested me and submitted my contact info, and Jeremy was back in touch with me within hours). Unfortunately that first house sold before I could make it to town. Jeremy and I discussed what I was seeking and where I thought I needed to be located in relation to work and lifestyle. He pulled together a bunch of listings for my first visit. We saw probably a dozen properties that first day. Based on that visit, he learned even more about my interests and needs, and he pulled together another set of listings for a second visit. We found what I was looking for, made an offer, and closed, all within about 30-45 days. He walked me through everything and has stayed in touch even after my home purchase. I highly recommend him.

We meet Jeremy on a weekend trip to Austin. We went to a few open houses to check out homes because we were going to be relocating to Austin from Georgia. When we meet Jeremy, he took the time to talk with us even though it was going to be awhile before we bought a home. He even offered to help us find an apartment since we would be back in Georgia. After moving to Austin, Jeremy became our realtor and good friend. He is very knowledgeable and doesn't pressure you into anything you don't want to do. Jeremy helped us buy and sell our home in Austin. He and him family remain close friends to us. I would not hesitate to reach out to him in the future if we had any real estate needs in the Austin area.

Jeremy has sold two homes for us and helped us find two new homes here in the Austin area over the past six years. When it comes time to sell our current home, he'll be the only realtor we'll call. You can count on him to treat you like his client, meaning he doesn't put "making the sale" over doing what's right for you. He points out the negatives to a property as well as the positives. Jeremy does a great job listening and showing houses you'll be interested in while also be a great guy to be around. I never had a problem getting a hold of him and he worked around my schedule very well. When I finally found the house and put an offer in he was quick and at the end of it got most my closing cost back to repair the roof (even though the roof would have lasted another 3 years or so) which I didn't expect to get. Would recommend to anyone.

As someone who has bought numerous houses and worked with a variety of realtors, I was most impressed with Jeremy Larsen. He was patient in helping us find the perfect house; we submitted offers on 3 houses before everything fell into place. Even when a house we offered on was rejected due to poor inspection results, he took it all in stride and just got back to looking for more options. He never let down his optimism and tenaciousness. Jeremy was also extremely perceptive in understanding what we were looking to buy; he showed us houses that truly met the criteria we had set. In a strong market as in Austin, his persistence resulted in getting us the house we truly wanted.
