We recently just sold our Whidbey Island home with Mattison and Jeremy Martini. From our initial phone conversation to our closing date, the entire process was an enjoyable experience. First, they were willing to work with us at our Whidbey Island location, which was quite a commute for them. Secondly, they listened and were willing to create a very clear and concise market analysis of our home. They were neither unrealistic at giving us an unattainable price just to secure the listing, nor did they try to get us to lowball our price to sell. From there the professionalism only continued. First, they asked us thoughtful questions about our needs and helped us narrow down our interests, providing us with genuine advice regarding what to look for in a home. Jeremy and Mattison recently helped us purchase our very first home, which is in the Seattle-area, and we had an absolutely amazing experience working with them! It was evident from the start that they truly cared about helping us find the right home and never pressured us to make an offer or look at homes outside of our price range. They also gave sound, thoughtful advice on decisions like how much to offer (and various strategies), what contingencies to use, handling any concerns from the inspection report, home insurance/warranties, and other miscellaneous questions about homeownership.

They were very communicative and responsive throughout the process: meeting, texting, and calling with us often to give updates and explain the various steps in the process. They were also extremely quick in putting together the offer: we called them out-of-the-blue at 2pm on a Saturday about putting in an offer and Jeremy and Mattison had the offer submitted to the seller by 6pm on the same day!

Lastly, they were very attentive, making sure that everything that we received in the home matched our expectations.

Overall, we are extremely satisfied with working with Jeremy and Mattison and will be happily recommending them to our friends looking to buy or sell a home in the Seattle-area.

Almost immediately after finding out my wife and I were expecting our first child, we began the search for our first home. Jeremy and Mattison came highly recommended by family and we're so glad we went with them. Jeremy is very responsive to any communication you send his way. Scheduling home visits was also a breeze.

After hearing what kind of home we were looking for, Jeremy provided great suggestions and the use of their online home listing portal was super convenient. We found our place in what seemed like no time and after a single weekend of viewing if I'm not mistaken.

Jeremy also has a great network in place for all the "post offer" formalities and gave us a great lender recommendation. Even after closing Jeremy has kept in touch and helped with multiple follow-up questions we've had.

Jeremy and Mattison are by far some of the best people around. They worked tirelessly with us for several months with our strict and small budget. We looked at over 30 houses and made several offers. It was difficult to compete but they always held out hope for us. They were also very kind and understanding to both of our kids who could be challenging when looking at the homes. We've been in our new home for a little over six months now. At least once a month someone in our household expresses how much they miss spending their weekends with Jeremy and Mattison!

Jeremy is great, after a terrible experience with another Real Estate agent from another firm, I decided to go with Jeremy because of all the great reviews I've heard.
