Jeri Kennedy

My passion for Real Estate evolved frommy 20+ years of experience in sales, design, construction and custom home building. I’m a graduate from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. In 2006 my husband and I transferred to the Charlotte area, where we are raising our three girls (twins + one), our Aussiedoodle, Miniature Schnauzer and Wheaten Terrier (yes we are the crazy people with three dogs).

I’m committed to helping my clients achieve their real estate goals, whether it is buying, selling or investing. With my building construction experience I assist clients with the new construction process as well. I am also a National Association of Realtors Green Designee, meaning I am uniquely qualified to support the purchase orsaleof energy-efficienthomes.
When I’m not working I enjoy reading, traveling, fitness, refurbishing vintage furniture and spending time with family and friends.

My background in representing both buyers and sellers, gives me the broad insight and experience needed tonegotiatefor your best interest.Approximately 95% of my former clients come back to me for their next Real Estate transactions.
