Jerome was born and raised in Las Vegas, NV and has been in the sales industry his whole career and the real estate industry since 2005.

Having been highly successful in various sales industries, the choice to pursue real estate came from watching his uncle, Quentin O'Neal, whom had 20+ years in the industry.
