We were making plans to move cross-country and I needed to get help from a local realtor. I entered my information on a website and Jerry promptly called me back. He got my information on what we were looking for and kept in contact with me while we packed, moved, and settled into temporary housing. As soon as we got into town, he continued to keep in contact with me, asking what I wanted by way of location, type of home, price. He then set up appointments to see homes each week. He was very patient with my husband and me, as we had a lot on our list for a home. We decided to build and Jerry was there every step of the way, his expertise helped us in securing the lot we wanted and went over the forms of our purchase agreement. It was comforting to have another set of eyes watching over the progress of our new home construction. He came to the inspections and house meetings with the construction supervisor, he went to bat for us when the builder tried to change some of the terms and was successful in helping us. He always had time for us, whether to take us out looking at homes, answering our questions, or coming to meetings with our builder. I would and have recommended Jerry Cloward to my friends and family.

We moved to the area and had little knowledge. I reached out to Jerry 4 months in advance of our actual purchase, during that time he spent countless hours researching and educating us; he's extremely good at responding. During the process his expertise of the area, in any direction as far as 60 minutes outside the Salt Lake City, was obvious from the start. Our purchase was not seemless in the fact the sellers realator was challenging, however with Jerry's extensive knowledge of the business and with his background he negotiated/worked through those issues quickly. Jerry is great at helping you realize what you really want and finding you the right home in the right area for you. In my many years of buying homes around the country is without a doubt the best I have ever worked with. From Michael
