We called Jerry Hill at HomeStar realty in Oct 2024 to sell our home of 51 years because we were downsizing. It was on the market a few days later and sold quickly. Jerry handled everything from that point. All permits, inspections, maintenance issues. I didn’t even have to go to the settlement. Jerry handled that also and delivered the settlement check to our new residence.

Jerry Hill is an amazing realtor! He will not try to sell you a house that does not suit you, and he is very knowledgeable about structural components of homes, such as visually inspecting the foundation and the basement walls, remarking on the age and condition of the HVAC, water heaters, and electrical systems, the condition of the windows and roof, etc. He prefers to crawl around basements and pointing out things that may or may not need repair, rather than discuss aesthetics or surface features of the home. As someone who knows little about such things, I was very grateful to have him checking out homes with me. He is friendly and easy to talk to, and is very patient in explaining aspects of home buying. He is very responsive when you need him. I can't recommend him highly enough and have utilized him twice in home buying!

Jerry is an absolute class act and phenomenal agent on both the buying and selling side. He knows construction very well which allowed him to identify potential problems or future projects that we would have to take on with a particular house we were looking at. Jerry has about saved my life three times over. We bought, rented, and sold (the same house!) with Jerry and he has done a MAGNIFICENT job with us. I cannot recommend him enough for a simple and comprehensive experience buying, selling, or renting.

As a buyer, we saw around 100 houses together and Jerry helped my wife and I learn all the ins and outs as first time homebuyers. We survived a sellers' market and found an incredible house we were happy to live in.

As a landlord (in another state after we ended up moving to Texas), Jerry showed the house and screened tenants for us in such a seamless manner that I felt like we had renters without having to lift a finger. He quickly connected us to a property management company that did an excellent job coordinating service, and the renters were reliable and the income exactly what we were looking for.

As a seller, we dealt with a few different situations before finding a buyer who took the deal to the finish line. But Jerry had our back 100% of the way, keeping in constant contact and coordinating an incredible array of services for us from afar to ensure the house was marketable and complied with buyers' needs. Being thousands of miles away and physically unable to even inspect my own house, I cannot tell you how absolutely essential and life saving this was!

We even encountered a very strange situation where we had to evict a temporary tenant and Jerry handled EVERYTHING to evict and protect our property without me having to enter the state. What other agent goes so far to take care of their client? Jerry might just be Superman for all he has done for us, and he's just the kind of guy who will do the same for you.

Everyone knows the difficulty of finding an apartment in today's market. There aren't a lot of listings, let alone listings within certain prices ranges. There is quite a lot of competition for them as well. Searching for an apartment on apartment rental sites makes the whole process of finding a home that much more difficult because what is listed is actually rarely available and they are not accurate about the details. I reached out to Homestarr, and worked with a fanbulous realtor named Persile Bunch. This man is a gem. He was professional, courteous, and attentive. He never left me hanging, responding to any inquiries I had in a very timely manner. I never felt like I was wasting time or energy, and greatly appreciated his. I highly recommend helping yourself with finding a home, by first contacting Mr. Bunch at Homestarr Realty in Warrington. He will make the difficult undertaking so much easier on you.
