Jerry Nutter

Jerry Nutter started his real estate journey while still in College at San Diego State University. His sophomore year he obtained his real estate license, on top of his full class load. Jerry joined Berkshire Hathaway in 2017 and hit the ground running by making a sale at his first open house. By the end of his first year in business he received the rookie of the year award for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Downtown San Diego. Jerry acquired his first investment property at the age 21 in San Diego where he negotiated the deal, managed the $160K renovation and sold the home all within a year. At 22 Jerry purchased his first and second buy and hold investment property in Cleveland Heights, Ohio. After turning twenty-three he moved to Vancouver, WA to pursue new home building and sales. Jerry's goal is to own and manage 1,000 cash flowing rental units.
