For over 18 months, Jerzy has worked with us to find the PERFECT home.

We saw more houses than we care to admit, but Jerzy kept us hopeful and always encouraged us. He didn’t rush us for a quick sale but made sure we truly had the home that fit all our needs. He would find the details of things that needed to be updated/fixed and also provided ideas for enhancements if something from our wishlist was missing. Our home buying experience was truly made by Jerzy. He helped guide us through the entire process, multiple offers, losses, and even couple contract negotiations. I now have a void in my life from not talking to Jerzy every day! Seriously the best agent we could have asked for and recommend him to everyone!

In the beginning of the year (2022), my fiancé and I wanted to shop around for a home. Nothing serious and just wanted to see what’s out there. Come to reality that inventory was very limited and the market was very competitive, where homes were closing the same day they were listed. Lucky for me, I was a peer with Jerzy for a handful of years at a previous company we both worked for, and he made the transition to the real estate industry. I reached out to him last January 2022 and let him know that we just wanted to shop around. After a 6 month search, we started to get more serious. Some of the homes we visited we could really see ourselves living in, where we can grow our family and make it a forever home. By month 7 we found a home we fell in love with. After a back and forth process to close on the home, Jerzy Mastalerczyk really made it happen and was super easy to work with. Very personable catering to our wants and needs. Never pressured us to make a decision and always gave his expertise with solid recommendations. Always available on a drop of a hat. Really couldn’t have asked for a better experience with a Real Estate agent than Jerzy Mastalerczyk. Mind everyone reading this, this is before he was featured on TV. Jerzy helped my wife and I find our home for our family about 5 years ago. My fiancé and I used Jerzy for the purchase of our first condo in Niles, IL.

He started with laying out very clear expectations around the current market conditions and the first time buyer process.

With the groundwork laid, we began looking at several properties and narrowing down our criteria. We sincerely appreciated his honest feedback, and overall knowledge of the industry (as well as understanding of construction and remodeling).

He was extremely patient, and willing to answer our abundance of questions. He also did a great job remaining flexible with our busy schedules.

Just closed on a transaction with Jerzy last week. This was my first time working with Jerzyy as a Broker (me as an attorney) and I could not have been more impressed. Jerzy was professional, responsive, and made the transaction go as smoothly as possible. Working with Jerzy was a breeze. Jerzy did an fantastic job selling my condo in Prospect Heights. I was originally working with another Realtor that consistently was telling me my asking price was to high and that we wont have much success, after a couple more issue it felt like he was working with the buyer instead of his client. Unfortunately had to cut ties, one of my friends recommended Jerzy and within a month had an offer and closed $10,000 higher then expected. Jerzy is genuine and truly takes care of his clients and will go out of his way for you.

Jerzy was the best person to work with! My boyfriend and I were working with extremely tough challenges looking for a next apartment- not so great credit, eviction on our record (misunderstanding), and 2 dogs that fell under aggressive breeds. He really had it cut out for him. There was even a time we had to last minute cancel on a showing and he still took the time to take a video tour of the place and send it over so it wasnt a complete waste of time. He had me linked up to the Compass app that made it easy for me to star which apartments I liked. After all the searching he finally found us a great place in a great neighborhood and even with a garage for my boyfriend's many toys. The garage was just a preference and we still got that to happen. I would highly recommend Jerzy. He really listens and is patient with what you need.

I was working with Jerzy and he was amazing. I had a limited time frame that I needed to find an apartment in and he set up showings for me right away and once I found an apartment that I like he did all the paperwork really fast he everything was done electronically which was super convenient because I have a very busy work schedule. He was able to find an something for me with such a short time frame and made the whole process very easy and hassle free.
