Jesse Mausser has been a real estate professional and investor since 2008, having bought, sold, rehabbed, rented, and managed hundreds of projects and properties in the Twin Cities. The one constant that seems to be present is that while every deal is unique, creative thinking, hard work, and a win-win approach can make each transaction an opportunity.
Jesse owns a rental portfolio, a property management business, & a rehab business with his rental property partners and real estate agent, Scott Ficek, whom they worked with for years acquiring their rental portfolio. He continues to add rentals, property management business, and buy & sell real estate. He is a licensed Realtor in the State of Minnesota and also helps friends and family whenever called! Before being fully immersed in real estate, Jesse managed & owned a local restaurant franchise with over 20 metro locations. Planning, goal setting, and vision were all critical, but he learned that to succeed in this environment truly, you need to work with intelligent, passionate people.
Jesse lives with his wife, Sara, and their four kids in Golden Valley. He enjoys reading, golfing, and coaching his kids in youth athletics. He is also an avid sports fan, specifically baseball.
