As a seasoned negotiator, he enjoys the challenge of striking this balance while protecting his clients’ interests and facilitating a successful closing.

He has a strong work ethic that developed early as a child living in Michigan. Whether he was shoveling snow or mowing lawns, he enjoyed working hard and being his own boss. In 1990, he moved to Aspen where he founded a landscaping company that he successfully managed and grew into a thriving business; ultimately, he sold the business which enabled him to make a move to Los Angeles. These experiences have given him the “street smarts” to successfully connect and work with all types of people.
