Jesse, I wanted to let you know you really made this life changing decision (first time home buying) a smooth, easy and comfortable process for me. I originally had been working with another agent looking for a 2 family home and I never really felt to comfortable with that agent. You always seemed to be in my corner and were on top of making sure I got everything done as well as answered and took care of any of my questions in a timely manner. Thanks again for being able to accomodate my busy schedule, as well as that time you came to my work to have me sign some papers. I work in basically a customer service type industry and you really have a good understanding on how to service your client/customer. Thank you Bryan Lonstein

Jesse Ritz is an exceptional real estate agent who helped me purchase my first home. I had to leave my home because I became disabled . I met Jesse at a showing where he talked a lot about what made homes handicapped accessible and what he had done for his own parents when his father was in a wheelchair . I had been to plenty of showings and although people were considerate to my situation they really did not understand . I told Jesse what I was actually looking for in a home and by the next morning he had emailed me a slew of homes that were appropriate . Jesse showed us many homes and worked with our schedules and y special needs to see homes and to gather the information we needed . He also explained the process very well which was important to me as I had never purchased a home. My husband who had purchased our original home some thirty years before also needed to be updated. During our search Jesse was incredibly accessible to us. He even brought papers up to the house and took me to the bank once because he knew it was hard for me to get out and I cannot drive any longer. If we had a question that Jesse could not answer he got back to us very quickly with that answer. I would highly recommend Jesse to anyone who needs to buy or sell a home. - Judy Cahill
