Jessica is an amazing agent. She is just the right combo of nice and tough (which you really NEED in this housing market). As first time home buyers there were so many things we didn’t know, and she walked is through every step, explained what we needed to know, and kept us up to date at every turn. She was very communicative, which is so important when you have an offer in and things are constantly changing. I love my new home! As a first time home buyer, a lot of the process was like a foreign language to me. I met Jessica and loved her energy and zest for life and what she does for a living. I felt confident Jessica was looking out for me, super familiar with the process, and making decisions that benefitted me and/or protected me. She knows the market well and had daily recommendations for where to go and what to see. She was extremely responsive and filled in a lot of gaps for me on the lender side as well, which was even more rigorous with timelines and helped me problem solve on more than one occasion. Jessica was sure I had someone to support me fully during a few days she was out of town with her family. I had some very specific needs for my home, being a mom, artist, eclectic, and needing space for guests and my collections; she was confident we would find something that would work for my budget. When I decided to purchase an older home, she went to bat for me and made sure all the t's were crossed and everything was inspected and that I got solid value - which was confirmed immediately by the appraiser - my house is worth 40k more than I paid for it! She got the house at $32k less than the listing price - unheard of in this Denver market. Although this was my first house, I have no doubt that she made the process seem easy. She talked me through every document to sign with clarity and patience. I enjoyed her competitive nature so I could relax and trust a little bit more than usual. I would recommend her to anyone.

My wife and I were lucky to have Jessica Carcoana as our realtor for our recent home purchase. We had been looking to move to a new location closer to our jobs since the start of 2021. With the crazy housing market, we initially thought we needed to go with one of the new realtor companies (like Orchard) that promises to make you a more competitive buyer. We tried one of those companies for nearly 5 months with extremely frustrating results. We lost about a dozen bids over that time, multiple of which we feel we would have won if we had a more assertive and experienced realtor. We ultimately decided to switch to Jessica Carcoana who we knew would get the job done because she helped us buy our first home five years ago. Jessica jumped right into our home search on short notice and we won the very first home that we bid on with Jessica! Her responsiveness, assertiveness, and negotiation skills set her apart from the other realtors we have worked with, and we believe we would not have won our new home if we had not made the decision to switch to Jessica.

After going under contract to buy, we also used Jessica to sell our old home. We were very pleased with the selling process as well including the marketing materials and pricing strategy she helped create to get the most value out of our sale. We sold our home the first weekend and she was even able to negotiate for all the closing and possession dates we needed to make the move into our new home seamless.

Overall, we would strongly recommend Jessica Carcoana to anyone looking to buy and/or sell their home. She has always exceeded all our expectations and she has the skills and experience that are needed to win in this housing market.

Jessica was an incredibly important, sweet and great ally for a housebuying experience.
We had a very specific price point and dream for our house, and Jessica was very prompt and willing help us find those homes. Especially in the cutthroat market that is Denver.

The first place we had our eye on didn't work out (no fault of Jessica's). Jessica was so on top of things that she was thinking about us when something else came up.
