Jessica Figueroa

Jessica Figueroa is a New York licensed attorney, broker, and investor, with over 14 years of real estate experience in residential and commercial transactions. Her journey started out in a small firm in the Bronx. Shortly thereafter, she dove into commercial real estate transactions as a national commercial title underwriter, where she worked for some of the largest title companies in the country. Noticing a demand for quality client care, she decided that she wanted to meet her clients at step one of their home buying process to better assist them to the finish line. Named after her late grandfather, Noel Antonio Properties, does just that. Jessica’s brokerage is a primarily residential real estate brokerage located in New York, focusing its expertise on Bronx, Westchester, Putnam, Dutchess, Orange, and Rockland counties. She works side by side with her husband, who are both highly motivated by their three children.
