Jessica Laplante

Jessica has been involved in real estate and land development for most of her life. Like father Like daughter, she is a second-generation civil engineer turned real estate agent and investor. A career in civil engineering and years of managing family
investments cultivated an appreciation for managing details, checklists, and timelines, as well as understanding the many nuances of real estate and development.

Tahoe has been her playground since she was a teenager and where she and her husband have biked, skied, climbed, and flown paragliders down countless mountains and trails in the Sierra Nevada Range. Whether navigating the Tahoe Truckee luxury home market or the Sierra backcountry, Jessica is experienced at maximizing fun and minimizing problems.
