Jessica McCormick

Originally from Erie, Pennsylvania, Jessica attended Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Virginia, and graduated in 2007 with a B.S. degree in Nutrition and Exercise. In 2008, Jessica and her (now) husband Adam decided to make Charlotte their forever home and establish roots for their growing family. They were enamored with the Queen City’s southern charm and historic neighborhoods. Together, they began their real estate journey in 2010 with investment and renovation properties which they have grown into a luxury custom homebuilding business.

Throughout the past several years in real estate, Jessica has successfully grown and built her own client base as a Top Producing agent and believes that communication, hard work, and working as a team has driven her success. She feels that each transaction and client deserves her utmost care and attention as if she were buying or selling her own property.

Jessica also represents the land acquisition sales for their speculative and custom builds and sells the final product at completion. She is the lead designer and selects all the custom finishes for each project. Her primary areas of expertise and focus are new construction, investment properties, renovations, first-time home buyers and residential design.

Jessica and Adam have two young sons and have lived in several of Charlotte’s most desirable neighborhoods including Uptown, Dilworth, Freedom Park, and Myers Park. She enjoys spending time with her family and dog, Zoey, traveling, running, and hiking.
