Jessica Mills

Jessica is a proud 3rd generation Bay Area Realtor! With a Realtor mother and a General Contractor father, her love of all things Real Estate & Home Rehabbing started at an early age while spending time in her grandmother's successful Real Estate office downtown Los Altos. While attending San Francisco State University, Jessica worked for a small Design & Build firm in Los Altos who she credits to re-igniting her love of custom homes. After graduating she worked with Stanford University’s project management team before joining Neva Mills Real Estate Team in 2015.

Jessica prides herself on being an honest advocate for her clients, alongside them every step of the way. She possesses intimate hyper-local market knowledge, unparalleled work ethic, strong communication skills, and a keen eye for home design and construction. Her clients consistently highlight her honesty, integrity, and steadfast commitment to her business.

Jessica, in cooperation with her long-standing connections and business partner, spends countless hours thoroughly preparing every listing to its best possible light. She has a truly keen eye that helps bring each listing to the market looking… and more importantly, feeling like home! Through the team’s hard preparation and work, we’ve created a system that helps continuously brings our clients top dollar and terms for their homes. Jessica says that it’s the relationships she’s built over the years with her amazing clients that make her love her job.

When not working, you can usually find Jessica at the beach or hiking with her daughter and rescue dogs! Jessica is proud to serve as an Intero Foundation Ambassador for the San Jose Office - providing much needed funding and volunteering needs for hyper-local children and senior non-profits and was honored to be named the 2023 Denise Pearson Recipient for outstanding commitment to the Foundation.
