Jessica Sawyer

Jessica loves real estate and achieving whatever she does in life. She comes from small-town values, and she loves her Omaha Community.

With 14+ years of real estate sales experience and a background in financing, Jessica has an uncanny advantage of understanding how financing a home goes while helping a buyer through the many steps in the home-buying process. Most recently, she serves as the National Association of REALTORS® Major Investors Council Member representing Nebraska. Prior service has included Regional VP of the Women’s Council of REALTORS®. She contributes as a director for of the Nebraska REALTORS® Board and the local Omaha Area Board of REALTORS®.

Jessica is always developing herself and her real estate skills, she holds the PMN, CRS, and GRI education designations in real estate. For the past 5 years the Nebraska Association of REALTORS ® has honored her with the Mark of Excellence Award. Jessica is a past chair of the Young Professionals Network at the Omaha Area Board of REALTORS® and was the recipient of the Women's Council REALTOR® Omaha 2017 REALTOR of the Year, the Renee Lampman Service Award in 2014 and Entrepreneur of the Year for Women’s Council of REALTORS® in 2012.

Jessica is a proven achiever and works to get her clients to the finish line when buying or selling real estate in the Greater Omaha Area. She is an expert connector, and she has a smile that lights up a room. Jessica believes in building strong relationships with her colleagues to make sure that her clients have the best ability to win in a multiple-offer situation.
