Edit (Jan, 2022): Jessie recently helped us buy a new property in San Jose and he has been nothing short of exceptional. Some of the highlights:
1) Very responsive - that is probably the most important thing to look out for in your agent.
2) Does the right thing - he has stopped us from putting in offers many a times when he noticed various issues and provided us with honest feedback
3) Gets it done - Before closing, we ran into an issue with the Solar lease transfer - but Jessie stayed on top of it to expedite the process // he went over and above the expectations!

We were looking to purchase a property for my parents in Fresno, CA. Jessie Singh helped us in buying a new property in Fresno 2021. He always answered phone calls and email on a timely manner. Recently, we viewed a property in Manteca area. Jessie performed an orderly inspection, looked for any issues or problems with the property. We met Jessie at a open-house, where we started our journey to search for our first house in Bay Area. He was very patient in answering all our questions and was always available through text or phone calls. He made sure that we understood the process and were set to take a well-informed decision about home buying. We went through a lot of open-houses together, Jessie would never push us in buying the house. He will always recommend us to only go for the house that you love. When in doubt, say no to the house.

Iam glad that Jessie happened to be my realtor by chance but after some days one of my friend called me and referred him, good coincidence. He excels in his work and listens to clients requirements very carefully and follows through process accordingly without waisting your time. As he is highly knowledgeable and after understanding your requirements comes back with good market research and helps you in making informed decision without rushing you in the process. He stays with you with great patience and gives you all the tools, details and honest pros and cons of each property and surrounding areas - you visit with him. Highly impressed by his professionalism, attention to detail, command over his subject -- pre and post buying of the property. He shared list of action items that I should follow as first time buyer of the house. He went over and beyond to help me in the process. Buying home is tough, specially in bay area. Mindset needed to throw huge amount of money in an asset, finalizing your preference for an area and home type, disappointment when you get outbid etc was overwhelming. But we were glad we had Jessie. His calmness kept us calm. His experience and knowledge about the area and homes in general was a big advantage which really helped us to clear a lot of questions. Always on time for appointments. Sometimes we did 10 appointments on a day. Very respectful and responsive. I'm impressed with his professionalism and definitely recommend him for his services.

Jessie was very instrumental in finding the right homes for us. He is a very calm and composed person. I truly admire him for being a great friend now. Even now, I would reach out to him any day for any help.
