I'm the daughter of a Real Estate Broker and a General Contractor, both with over 60 years serving Alameda and Contra Costa Counties. This exposure afforded me an appreciation and understanding of many aspects of the Real Estate industry; Investing, Flipping, Holding, Asset Management, Property Management, Asset Diversification, 1031 Exchanges, and more.

With over 20 years of marketing and business negotiation experience in the high-tech industry, I'm now enjoying 16 years in Real Estate Sales.
