About Jill

Jill is a Colorado native and has lived all along the Front Range from Washington Park to Broomfield where she has resided for over 25 years. She is very familiar with a variety of neighborhoods and has acquired a vast knowledge of the metro area. She developed an eye and a heart for home design at a young age growing up around her family’s interior design showroom located in the Denver Design Center. Jill has a knack for staging homes in a way that highlights the attributes that appeal to potential buyers. She also listens carefully and will spend the time needed to best pair them with, not just a home, but the right home.

In just a few years, she has grew to be one of the top agents in her office and earned the Luxury Real Estate Specialist designation with Guild status, having sold multiple homes over the million dollar price point. As she works with real estate clients, she strives to blend her previous teaching and business experience. In this way, she is able to connect with each individual or family to help guide and educate them as they proceed through the exciting process of buying or selling a home. In Jill’s free time, she loves spending time with her adult children & grandchildren, traveling, refurbishing old furniture, reading, fishing in the Rocky Mountains, and walking her three dogs with her husband.

To start this review, it should be noted that Jill Forman sold our house one day after it went on the market, for $15K over our asking price! That pretty much sums up the kind of Realtor she is! How could you possibly have a more successful outcome?

From the day we first met her, Jill was upbeat, cordial, helpful and efficient. She made many helpful suggestions and tailored everything to our exact needs since we had already moved to another state. She was very responsive when we needed to contact her, and returned calls and e-mails promptly.

Once we had moved our belongings out, she helped coordinate the carpet stretching and cleaning and then she staged the house beautifully. The very day it went on the market we got nine appointments for showings, and by the next morning we had an offer that more than met our requirements.

Jill kept things running smoothly and on time, and kept us up to date about where things stood. When the inspection revealed a couple of small repairs that needed to be made, she arranged for her husband to meet repairmen at the house to oversee the work. She also found a young woman to help sell and donate some furniture and small appliances we left behind.

The experience working with Jill was painless, in fact enjoyable. We could not be more pleased with the process, her advice or the results! We highly recommend her services. She was without a doubt the best Realtor we’ve ever had!

Jill was AMAZING! She was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, hard working, and a pleasure to work with. She continually advocated for my best interests and I always felt like I was able to make decisions that were my own and that I was comfortable with. I cannot recommend her enough. My home sold quickly and I bought my new home with ease. Hire Jill - you will be impressed with her dedication to you!
