Jill was fantastic from start to finish. She is very knowledgeable about the area and the current market. She did her research to price our home correctly, and it sold within days. She has a great team and connections including a stager, office assistant, lenders and title company. Jill was always readily available by phone and email. We couldn't of asked for a better experience!

We were purchasing our home at the height of the market and it would have been a nearly impossible challenge without Jill! She helped educate us, patiently listened to and answered all of our questions (sometimes over and over), and saved us from a bad deal or two with her knowledge of the market and negotiating points. As we neared the closing date on our home, she guided us through each step and helped make everything go so smoothly.

Every time we'd start to get discouraged as inventory was being snapped up by bidding wars, she'd find another few properties that fit what we were looking for and kept a positive outlook and work ethic until we found our home!
