Jill Jensen

Jill Jensen is a real estate salesperson and corporate relocation specialist located in the Pacific Palisades office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.

Jill has been a licensed real estate salesperson since 1986, representing buyers, investors, developers, and homeowners in the upscale neighborhoods of West Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley.

Jill has been working in development real estate since 2007 and has sold thirty-one new construction projects, eighteen of which are located in Pacific Palisades.

In addition to her work in development real estate, Jill has also been a corporate relocation specialist since 1997. She represents recently hired UCLA and Cal Tech professors, Kaiser Permanente, Cedars Sinai and UCLA physicians and various management level executives, all of whom are making career-related moves to the Los Angeles area from other parts of the nation and the world and are therefore in urgent need of new housing.

Jill has recent closed sales in Burbank, Chatsworth, Encino, La Cañada, La Crescenta, Malibu, Manhattan Beach, Mar Vista, Pacific Palisades, Pasadena, Sherman Oaks, and Tarzana.
