When we were interviewing real estate agents to start the buy/sell process, Jill Schuster stood out because she demonstrated thorough knowledge of the selling process as well as the purchase process. Other agents focused on purchasing a new house, while Jill brought up all that was involved in selling our property which was very valuable.

Jill not only has the technical knowledge of the buy/sell process, but she demonstrated the Art of each process. Not listing the selling price too high, one wants people to bid on their home, the "biggest and best" offer phase. Asking bidders on the house to participate in this phase.

Jill has a network of vendors/contractors to fix up your house prior to it going on the market. She works to get your home so that is "pops" in the photos. Plus, she encourages the use of staging and has data to show that it pays for itself. And it did for us.

Jill is also proficient in the purchase process. She makes suggestions, but you are the one making the decisions as far as deciding whether to bid on a house and how much to bid. And she explains all the options on how to structure your bid, whether you want to escalate your bid if someone's initial bid is over yours.

I highly recommend Jill Schuster and her team!

We moved from west coast to east coast in a rush, left many of our belongings in the house. Jill arranged an agency to get everything in the house sold, then she found contractors to get the house updated to a perfect selling condition. All our communications were done through FaceTime, phone calls, and DocuSign. Our house was sold very quickly and in a very reasonable price. I highly recommend her and her team.

We have used them for several large real estate transactions over the last 7 years.
We can’t say enough about Jill Schuster and her team, but three things that we must say are that Jill is a very good listener; an excellent communicator and extremely knowledgeable in the real estate market and her trade. Also, she has told us many times that she is not a lawyer, and then given us excellent advice on our likely options and pointed us to the right resources.
She has given us expert advice on what was needed to make our home more marketable, provided a list of trusted and cost-effective companies to do the work who then made space for our job out of deference to Jill. When the time came, Jill arranged the staging, photographs and ‘virtual tour’. She then sold our home for top dollar.
Jill shepherded us through a very difficult lot purchase and home construction, providing expert advice, attention to detail on the paperwork and issues with the contractor, and very timely call-backs which we greatly appreciated.
Recently Jill helped us purchase a vacant lot, fill out all the paperwork, interact with the sellers and title company all expertly done.
