Jill Summers

Not only is Jill Summers a third-generation Colorado native (very rare these days), but a third-generation real estate professional! Both her father and grandfather were in residential real estate, and her mom was in commercial real estate for many years, so her enthusiasm for the business is in her blood!

Jill has over 30 years of experience in marketing and sales beginning with in the competitive pharmaceutical industry with Fortune 100 companies Pfizer and Johnson and Johnson. During these days, she was trained extensively in negotiating, as well as on the value of listening to her customers, rather than telling them what the need! She also learned the value of a well-connected company with the best marketing tools and service! Therefore, she aligned with Coldwell Banker being the largest and top-performing brokerage in the U.S.

Jill prides herself in working mostly on referrals, as well as only helping a few clients at a time, so she can provide the HIGHEST level of service possible for everyone! There are so many details when it comes to real estate transactions, and she likes to make sure she is available for all of them, and not passing Buyers and Sellers off to an assistant. Her passion for her customers and their homes shows in how she runs her business!

After attending the University of Colorado, Boulder, she began her career in San Diego where she stayed five years before her love of Colorado brought her back! Community advocacy is particularly important to her, and she currently volunteers in the education realm and has done extensive fund-raising for various Littleton Public Schools as well as being involved in other local organizations such as Families Fight Back and K-Life.
