A lifelong New Hampshire resident, Jim is based in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire. He lives by the philosophy of “Get by Giving” and his commitment to the region, his community, and his clients runs deep.

Prior to his real estate career, Jim served as a high school career counselor and as an award-winning basketball and baseball coach at Belmont and Bedford (NH) high schools. He proudly serves as a member for New Hampshire High School Basketball Organization, is the Assistant Head Coach of Pembroke Academy Boys' Basketball and is a member of the New Hampshire Golf Association, Laconia Country Club, Lakes Region Chamber of Commerce, and the Capital Region Board of Realtors. Jim is a graduate of St. Joseph’s College of Maine where he earned a Batchellor's of Science degree in business administration.

What I Love About the Lakes and White Mountains
Like most people, I love the beauty of the region, the four seasons, and the New England feel, but ultimately, what I love most are the people. I love talking to and helping people who love the area that I love. Going to work and stopping for a cup of coffee in downtown Laconia, then showing property on the lake or in the mountains truly invigorates the soul. Additionally, being a single dad, seeing the awe on my children’s faces when it's “take the kids to work day” inspires me to be the best advocate I can for my clients.
