Jim Dunn

Jim is a lifetime “Richmonder” and graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a BA in Business Administration. His introduction to the real estate industry came from his grandfather, J. Guthrie Smith, Realtor Emeritus, and he began his real estate career in 1981. As a native Richmonder, his knowledge of this wonderful city and its surrounding area is something he takes great pride in. Having joined Joyner Fine Properties as an Associate Broker in 1986, Jim currently serves on the Board of Directors and as a Vice President. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Bon Air Joyner Title Company, an affiliate title company.

The Richmond Association of Realtors (with a membership of over 4000) has recognized him as a “Distinguished Achiever” for more than 34 consecutive years for sales volume. In addition, Jim has also been honored as one of the Association's top ten REALTORS® for sales volume.
