My past 35 plus year career was in real estate and mortgage banking at the senior management level. After time as a stock market trader and bank manager I moved on to join the mortgage operations of two home building giants. There I managed mortgage loan production operations for Pulte Homes, one of the nation's largest builders, and then for K. Hovnanian Enterprises, the seventh largest builder.

I joined CENTURY 21 Beggins Enterprises in 2009 and discovered my previous experience was incredibly valuable to help others with their real estate buying and selling decisions. I have extensive experience with both residential and commercial properties for sale as well as working with buyers and investors alike. My background has provided the experience to maneuver through almost any transaction including short sales, foreclosures or other transactions with issues beyond the scope of the normal real estate transaction. I am experienced with commercial property rezoning as well.

When I’m not working, as I’m a self-professed workaholic, I am active in my church, FishHawk Fellowship, where I have served as Treasurer and as a member of the Finance Committee.

I grew up in the New York area and have been living in the South Shore of Tampa Bay for the past 17 years. My wife Donna, who also has a 30 plus year career in the building and real estate business, is now my real estate partner. After buying and selling 15 homes of our own during our 33 year marriage we certainly have personal hands on buying and selling knowledge to share with our clients. We have 4 children and 5 soon to be 6 grandchildren.
