Jim was our real estate agent during the 6 months it took us to find our new home. We had specific priorities that had to be met and he worked endlessly to make sure we got them taken care of. Every morning we were sent a number of homes that may be of interest, even when he was on vacation. He was always available and worked endlessly through our closing to make sure everything was taken care of. I would highly recommend getting in touch with him if you are looking for a new home, you'll be very happy with the results!

Jim did a good job of balancing what we needed and wanted from a realtor. We like taking the reins in a lot of things, so he let us manage what we could and provided insight and prompt help for everything else. I highly recommend him to find your new home or sell your existing property. (Home purchase feb 2020, home sale April 2020 during the height of lockdowns)
