Recently purchased a house, Jim was my Realtor who was instrumental to secure the house. He was great to work with in buying the new home.

We had quite the journey for looking at a home in Sandbridge at the beginning of Covid, to a condos in VB TowneCentre, to single family homes in the Lake Smith area. It has been quite an adventure, Jim has been a guide and advisor to me thru the entire time. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful with answers; he clearly explained real estate words and terms to ensure we were on the same page throughout every phase up-to closing. Jim was timely and articulate with communications, he took time to make sure I wasn’t pressured and adjusted his pace to align with mine.

I highly recommend using Jim if you need a great real estate agent.

Jim sold our Virginia Beach townhouse for top dollar. He was on top of getting it ready for the market and preparing us for the sale and what to expect from start to finish. We always knew what the next steps were going to be, as well as any potential issues that may arise. He did such a great job marketing our home that we got multiple offers. Jim made the process easy for us. He took care of the details, so we could concentrate on moving to our new home several states away. If we had any questions or needed anything handled, Jim responded quickly. Not having to wait for answers made us feel like we were his top priority. Hello, we found Jim on the internet and he has been our realtor for the last 2 years. He has always responded to our inquiries as we have taken our time to find our new home. It’s obvious that Jim cared more about making sure we were happy in our next home and not about getting paid to find us a place. When we finally got serious about buying a home it was obvious that we had a great realtor because he warned us about issues when we walked through houses, pushed to get us into homes ASAP, which was obvious when he worked around our work schedules. He wanted us to see homes ASAP so we had a chance to make an offer, because in this market good homes didn’t last very long. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great realtor you can trust.

Very satisfied with Jim. He really cared about getting our house sold and helped us get the best deal. We always felt like a priority and he was always easy to get in touch with when we had questions. He went out of his way to ensure the house was ready for sale, he gave us a list of items to address when we found out we were moving, verified the home was ready for photography and had a Checklist so we were ready, and had proper visibility once on the market. He had recommendations for contractors so we weren’t trying to figure who was doing any repairs that came up. Thanks for selling our house!

I called Jim when I got orders back to Norfolk since I served with him years ago when I was stationed there. We had to do virtual showings since I was out of state, but he took the time to help me fully understand the MLS website and then did FaceTime showings for the beach homes I wanted to see. Jim answered all my questions and explained my options so I could make important decisions. He was very patient and helpful, so this part of the move was easier than past moves. I highly recommend Jim to all my friends and family since he took such great care of me and my family.
