The real estate market is hard to predict and it can change at any time. I think it's extremely important to work with a real estate agent who truly has good understanding and knowledge of your home market. Jin is one of a kind who I have been looking forward to working with!

I sold two houses in the past and worked with several agents. None of them were like Jin, I was never explained on house selling process as Jin did. Jin came in with a detailed house selling plan and marketing strategy and every step of house selling process was fully explained.

Jin came highly recommended by a friend who had just gone through the home selling and buying process themself. As a first-time homebuyer, I was a little nervous about the process, but Jin quickly put us at ease with his calm, professional, and friendly demeanor.

One thing that really impressed us was his astute understanding of our preferences based on our feedback and being able to translate that into home recommendations. There were multiple times he helped us better understand what our trade-offs would be regarding location, house size, cost, etc without pressuring us.

Once we found a house we wanted to put an offer on, that was where we were extra thankful we had chosen to work with him. He is an excellent realter. He knows what he need to do and what client wants. When I was looking for a house for rent, I didn't have to worry too much. Even I was not in town, he visited several house for me and took several picture as well as movies which might me important for me. Also when I visited several houses with him, he advised me with his professional view points which were very helpful for me.

I normally don't leave reviews, but Jin's service as our buying agent was beyond exceptional. My husband and I were very nervous about buying a new home especially in such a tough seller's market with aggressive competition in this area, but Jin really worked to give us a smooth and easy experience. His knowledge, sincerity and open communication with us about any and all risks, and his great attention to detail helped us make very informed choices. We were certain that he was working very hard (past hours) to achieve our specific requirements and address our concerns, which gave us great peace of mind. (MUCH needed when we are also catering to a baby and both working full-time jobs!) We felt like he truly cared about us and our welfare, always super responsive to our calls texts and emails, and I could not have asked for a better agent and home buying experience! He is a very diligent and detail-oriented real estate professional. He always puts clients' interests first and has long-term perspectives on buying and selling homes. He keeps me updated on trends and new listings. As a former designer, he has artistic views of home design and arrangements emphasizing on staging and professional photo shooting. Jin Kim is simply a superb agent who has all of the dream attributes a client desires to see in a realtor. He is extremely diligent, intelligent, superbly neat and prepared, kind, extraordinarily detail oriented (in part due to his his background as a designer), has an innate sense for aesthetics that normal people often do not have, and most importantly takes on the client’s house as if it was his own and goes above and beyond to exceed the wildest of expectations. He is tough yet fair and superbly skilled in his negotiations and finds ways to bring parties together that are reasonable and acceptable to both parties. What I particularly enjoyed about Jin was the fact that he took the time to listen to all of my concerns and explained to me step by step what I was to expect as a Seller without sugarcoating, so that at no point was I ever surprised by any unknown factors that he did not prepare me beforehand. Simply amazing. I know from experience that there are many realtors given the low barriers to entry, but Jin is what I consider a Lamborghini or Ferrari of realtors whose unique background, personality and skills are perfectly combined. I have absolutely no doubt that anyone using Jin will be supremely satisfied beyond imagination. I am not being paid to do this obviously, but I am hoping that my extreme satisfaction and enthusiasm for Jin can help undecided clients to choose him. You will not be disappointed! Jin knew the area and many other agents in the area. He was very knowledgeable about properties, development, and neighborhoods and provided great things to think about with each property we considered. He used his network well. Also, he was always punctual to appointments, flexible with timing and very quick to respond to calls, texts or emails. We had a lot of questions but Jin was unfailingly patient and thorough. He was great about giving advice when we asked but not trying to influence our decisions or up-sell us out of our price range. He listened very carefully to our criteria, cost constraints, concerns, etc. and found great listings for us. Most importantly, he was great to work with - a nice person and fun to spend time with.

I just have to applaud my realtor, Jin Kim, for all the work he did for me. He always delivered what he promised. He was able to clearly explain to me all my questions and concerns. A colleague of mine at work recommended Mr. Kim with high praise when I told the colleague that I was on the market for my next home. Not surprisingly, Mr. Kim provided thoughtful advice from the beginning of my house search to the closing. Although I have bought a house before, I learned a lot from him. He is very knowledgeable and patient so he took a lot of time and effort to answer my numerous questions during the in-person meetings, phone calls, and through emails.

Besides, he frequently updated me with a list of potential homes based on my criteria and input. More importantly, he gave me a frank, unbiased view of each house, including both positive and negative aspects. Some of these things are very hard, if not impossible, to notice unless you see the property through trained eyes of a professional. I greatly appreciate his willingness to share knowledge. As a result, I feel I became a much more informed buyer during the process, and I am fully satisfied with my choice.

Jin worked with me for over 4 months until I found the perfect place.
Because I had specific search criteria in mind, it took a long time and a lot of looking. But I never felt pressured along the way to "settle" for less than my ideal space and location and it was always easy to schedule appointments to see places. Once I found what I wanted to buy, Jin worked with me through closing, which is the most critical time to have an expert agent on your side.
