Jinny helped my wife and I buy our first property. She listened to what we wanted and helped us find properties around our price range. When the property we really liked went under contract she stayed in touch with the listing agent. When the first offer fell through we were able to get a back up offer excepted before it was put back on the market.

Jinny was an absolute joy to work with! My husband and I are first time homebuyers and Jinny's charm, wit, determination, and genuine care for us made the process so wonderful from the start. We came into the process incredibly intimidated since we had no prior experience and since the housing market was/is so crazy, and our hands were lovingly held from when we met up for the first time to close and beyond. In our search to find our home, there were discouraging moments where we didn't know if we would have any luck (between astronomical prices to appraisal gaps and more). However, Jinny's motivation and encouragement kept us grounded and positive! We are so incredibly happy with our house and are so thankful for everything Jinny did to make this possible for us!
