Jitka Siguenza

It is a story Jitka hears repeatedly. "She visited Boulder and just knew she needed to move here!" That is her story as well, and since 2014 she has been happy and proud to call Colorado her home. There is something incredible about this amazing town and the surrounding natural beauty that connects everyone and she cannot now imagine living anywhere else.

Jitka was born and raised in Prague, Czech Republic and since a very young age has had a zest for travel and adventure - her wanderlust has propelled her on several long trips throughout Europe, Africa, Latin America, and Asia.

Jitka received my degree from CSU Long Beach in Business and spent 11 beautiful years in California before making Colorado her home. She has been working in hospitality and for the world's premier Asia travel agency specializing in luxury private, custom, guided and small group tours around the continent. Since Asian culture and volunteering has always played a big role in her life, Jitka has been especially fond of traveling to India, where she had a chance to repeatedly work for an award-winning non-profit organization Salaam Baalak Trust, which provides care, housing, education and protection support to street and working children in Delhi.

As a REALTOR®, her first priority is to make her clients happy. Everyone has a story, and each one fascinates Jitka. It is the people she meets, that she would otherwise not have known, and the life stories they share with her that she loves the most about her job. She listens to her clients' wants and needs to achieve the best outcome in every transaction and strives to ensure that the home buying or selling is fun, easy and stress free. With fifteen-plus years in the service/travel industry, she has a strong work ethic and focuses on people.
