Jo Culbertson

Jo Culbertson, Broker/Owner of Landmark Realty LLC has been a licensed real estate broker in CO and a member of the National Association of Realtors since 2000. Prior to becoming a Realtor, she has been a real estate owner, investor and developer in Chicago, Kansas City, and Denver. Jo and husband Steve have developed four condominium complexes in central Denver. Although their initial motivation for becoming Realtors was to sell their own developments, Jo’s real estate business has expanded to include acting as both Listing Agent and Buyer’s Agent all over Metro Denver for many local and out-of-state clients over the past fifteen years. Jo understands real estate marketing and creates her own effective marketing materials for her real estate listings.

Jo is active in the Denver Metro Association of Realtors and is a member of the Independent Brokers Group. She is an Accredited Buyer Representative and an Affordable Housing Specialist. She also holds these designations: Certified Negotiation Expert. Certified Distressed Property Expert, Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource, and Seniors Real Estate Specialist.
