Houstonian. Raising a family of four in Houston, Joan learned early that the right home

in real estate renovating houses and building homes in and around Houston. She knew
then that she was committed to the business and soon she had her real estate and then
brokerage license. Joan’s entrepreneurial spirit continued and she started a boutique
