My husband, Carl Schuetze, and I work together at Award Realty.
I have been and still am a certified residential real estate appraiser and started my own firm in 1988. I have specialized in northwest Phoenix, especially the senior communities and Peoria. Trusts, Estates, Attorneys as well as lenders count on me to be accurate in estimating market value and I bring this expertise to real estate sales.
I have written two books on on how to improve the value of a home prior to putting it on the market. The latest one is "Up Your Value" which tells you how to prepare your home prior to putting it on the market so that it will bring top dollar.
I am new to real estate sales, but old to the understanding of real estate, estimating value and working with people. As a team, Carl and I will work hard for you whether you are a buyer or a seller.
