Selling or buying a home is inevitable, and using the services of Joanne Baker and the Remax team makes it memorable! During the recent sale of our home, my husband suddenly passed away. Joanne is FANTASTIC! She helped my sometimes cantankerous FIL sell his house in a tough situation and helped him navigate all the ins and outs while he was out of state. Joanne then found my husband and I a house we could agree on! She did a great job listening to what we each wanted and responding with new ideas based on our feedback and helping us think outside the box! She was quick to answer all our questions and needs and made the process super smooth and easy!

I loved having Joanne as my Realtor!
She has a warm inviting personality and endless patience! I had a unique situation where I had to live in a certain location for the kid’s schools. I felt that she listened to what I said and went above and beyond to find the perfect house for me. Buying a house is a big decision and can be really stressful. But she walked me through the process and kept communication open between us. I had complete trust in her and with her help I bought my dream house!

Joanne was such a joy to work with. We were not the easiest couple to work with as we were very picky buyers but with her patience and good guidance we landed in a house we absolutely enjoyed. She listens to your needs and finds the right house in the inventory.
I would highly recommend her when you need to buy or sell and home.
